2. Definitions
bondi: The aggregation service provided by A2Z Project B.V.
Mobility Services: Services provided by third-party mobility operators.
3. Scope of Services
bondi is an aggregator of shared mobility services, allowing users to compare and choose options like electric scooters, bikes, and cars. The app facilitates bookings and payments for these services.
4. Access to Services
You must comply with local laws and regulations when using bondi’s services. Access to the services may be limited by factors like the availability of data or compatible devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
The use of bondi and our services is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages or loss caused by your use of bondi or third-party mobility operators' services.
6. Messages
You may receive push notifications, SMS messages, and emails as part of our services.
7. Termination
We may terminate these Terms at any time without notice. You can also terminate by uninstalling the app and ceasing to use the services.
8. Privacy Policy
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your personal data.
9. Ownership
All content and information related to bondi, including software, text, and images, are owned by bondi or its licensors.
10. Promotional Campaigns
If you participate in a promotional campaign, you must accept the terms of that specific campaign.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes must be brought in Dutch courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. If you disagree with the changes, you may uninstall the app and stop using the services.
